Join us for our very first Meetup session where we'll be discussing the latest HTML5 tools and resources, as well as Digiflare's latest projects built on the HTML5 platform. It will be held on Wednesday July 27, 2011 at 6:00PM.

There is a lot of buzz and hype surrounding HTML5 on its ability to take centre stage. Is it well deserved? Learn more about the newest features, elements and compatibility of HTML5 from the developers of Digiflare. This session will provide you the background required to help get you started today.
6:30– 6:45: Break
6:45 – 7:15: HTML5 in Action
Come experience the latest HTML5-based projects by Digiflare and witness the emerging technology and its amazing possibilities. Check out how Digiflare rejuvenated the MSN Video Portal experience using solely HTML5 as well as the CBC Elections Map which the developers converted a flash experience into HTML5 to allow rendering on the iPad.
